  • 2 hour minimum charge

    Residential Service - $145/hour

    Commercial Service - $175/hour + $150 truck roll fee

    Apprentice | Helper - $95/hour

    (including drive time)

    $1.50 mileage adder for calls beyond 65 miles of responding location (Taos or Albuquerque)

  • For technical or warranty assistance with equipment we did not install we suggest reviewing your manuals and calling the equipment manufacturer. If you still need our technical support, PPC shop time rates are $125/hour.

  • If PPC has never worked on your system we will need the following information before scheduling service work:

    • Make & model of all major equipment

      • Modules

      • Inverter

      • Charge Controller

      • Batteries

      • Other equipment that is part of your system

    • Photographs

      • PV array and PV equipment set-up

      • Modules

      • Power wall (inverter, charge controller, breaker panel, etc.)

      • Batteries

      • Racking & grounding

  • PPC’s installations come with equipment and workmanship warranties. If you are selling or buying a home or business with equipment that was installed by PPC, give us a call and we’ll get started transferring your applicable system warranties and information to the new owners.

    $100 warranty transfer fee + hourly rate for travel & system inspection and monitoring reconfiguration.

  • We do not install equipment not purchased through us.

  • We install Kohler generators. We refer others for generator service and repairs.

  • We do not do solar thermal, wells, or plumbing. We do solar electricity for well pumps.

  • For solar gates, solar lights, or lighting we refer Solar Made based out of Colorado Springs.
