PPC’s services don’t stop at design & installation, we are here to provide long-term, local support for your system.

If your system needs to be serviced please call us to schedule an appointment.

Our Service Work Guide

Service Call Rates

Journeyman Electrician - $110/hour

Solar Tech III - $70/hour

(including drive time)

 

Generators

We install and service Kohler generators. We refer others for generator repairs.

DIY or Installation by Others

For technical or warranty assistance with equipment we did not install we suggest reviewing your manuals and calling the equipment manufacturer. If you still need our Technical support our shop time rates are $85/hour.

 

Thermal, Well or Plumbing?

We do not do thermal but refer Dan Stewart with Highland Plumbing.

Equipment from Elsewhere?

We do not install equipment not purchased through us.

 

Other Form of Solar?

For solar gates, solar lights, or lighting we refer Solar Made based out of Colorado Springs.

 

First time working with PPC?

If we have never worked on your PV array we will need the following information before scheduling service work:

 

  • Make & model of all major equipment

    • Modules

    • Inverter

    • Charge Controller

    • Batteries

    • Other equipment that is part of your system

 

  • Photographs

    • PV array and PV equipment set-up

    • Modules

    • Power wall (inverter, charge controller, breaker panel, etc.)

    • Batteries

    • Racking & grounding

 
 

Warranty Transfer Criteria

PPC’s installations come with equipment and workmanship warranties. If you are selling or buying a home or business with equipment that was installed by PPC, give us a call and we’ll get started transferring your applicable system warranties and information to the new owners.
